This process can certainly vary from food to food and from person to person. 

Eating a well-balanced diet of foods with healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, and minerals can transform your lifestyle. When you eat well, you feel well, thus giving yourself the proper energy to work out and to complete other activities. A nutritious diet will keep your skin, hair, and nails looking nice; maintain your immune system; and keep your whole body running smoothly.
