Activity trackers are meant to log physical activity, but are they falsely boosting your confidence? According to Centers for Disease Control, “physical activity is anything that gets your body moving.” However, the term ‘moving’ can be interpreted in different ways. Thankfully, the CDC goes on to clarify that there are two types of movement that truly count as physical activity: aerobic and muscle-strengthening.
