This week we’re featuring four healthy, holiday-appropriate dishes that you can easily make yourself. Think seasonal produce (a.k.a. easy to find) and minimal effort–with the added bonus that they’re good for you. As we mentioned in our last post, the holidays do not have to be a source of stress if you know how to approach them. The traditional, unhealthy foods can still be enjoyed in moderation while being supplemented with healthy sides.
