When you think of video or computer games, the image that most likely comes to mind is someone sitting in front of a screen, controller in hand, not moving nearly as much as any characters in the game. Fun video games can make you want to sit like this for hours. Console games and computer games have been around for several decades, but up until fairly recently, nothing has made gaming an active experience. Blue Goji at PAX South 2017: Recap

This past weekend, from January 27th to the 29th, Blue Goji exhibited at PAX South 2017. This gaming expo garners tens of thousands of attendees every year who come to see the latest in video games, tabletop games, and gaming technology. Becoming the best version of yourself involves more than being physically in shape, it should include mental acuity and mental health, as well. This week, The Huffington Post began a new series focused on brain health. While it is fairly obvious and widely reported why physical fitness is important throughout our lives, the brain is not often mentioned. However, upkeep of cognitive abilities is just as important.
